    Department.
  • Deploy Neighborhood Coordinating Officers to manage community policing strategies in every block within the city limits.
  • Formalize Police Advisory Board to improve the relationship between the Wilmington Police Department and City Residents.

  • Integrate housing, community and economic development planning and policies.
  • Build wealth through first-time homebuyer and housing rehabilitation programs.
  • Develop multi-modal neighborhoods with a desirable housing stock.
  • Increase quality affordable senior housing for citizens to age in place.
